The Requirement
Spreadsheets were extensively used to collate data and record activity however the process was slow and becoming unreliable with the growth of the team. Errors were easily made and extracting data was time consuming.
The Approach
Yammayap analysed the process, discussed at length the frustrations and pain points from the team and set about designing software to automate the data collection into a fully automated, intelligent lead distribution system.
This was extensively enhanced to add numerous features to give accurate up to date information to sales agents and team leaders. Lengthy manual individual processes were turned into automated batch operations saving hundreds of hours of admin time.
