Design concepts
Website design is a particular skill, over and above normal print-based design, as a firm understanding of website usability is required. A full portfolio can be viewed on this website.
One of the first deliverables will be "visuals" of the proposed site.
"Visuals" are simply "flat" layouts showing designed pages from the proposed site. We use visuals to demonstrate our ideas and show the first designs for the project. The home page and inside layout are usually chosen for this purpose and are then used as reference for discussion purposes.
Yammayap takes great pride in the fact we look at each page of a website on an individual basis. This allows us to ensure each page is designed to suit its purpose. Typically we produce 3 initial concepts and develop these until our client is happy to proceed with the site build.
