The Challenge

Kinetic had a broad range of solutions which needed to be moulded into clearly defined products
The existing websites looked very technical and not appealing to the company's target customers
Present a consistent brand in all communications around the world

Create specific sub-brands for the Kinetic core software solutions, giving each a sense of identity
Engineer a consolidated website solution encompassing both the UK and US markets, while addressing the subtle nuances which differentiate the two
Follow a incremental approach to applying new branding across all communication media

The Solution

Coloured icon based sub-brands for Conferencing, Residential, Student and Catering management products
Creation of two vibrant new websites (UK / US) controlled by a single content management system
Re-design of a wide variety of communication tools including exhibition stands, software interfaces and business stationery

Website

Yammayap carried out a detailed review of requirements in the UK and the US, and from this devised a content management system which controls both the .CO.UK and .COM websites from a single interface. This highly bespoke application, affords the Kinetic marketing team fine control over how products are presented, whilst being able to apply subtle differences between country variants.

Product Branding

The creation of specific sub-brands for Kinetic's key solutions provided the opportunity to ring fence feature sets and helped enormously in productising previously bespoke solutions. This in turn lead to reduced levels of bespoke customisation and faster implementation for teams on the ground.

Exhibition Stand

Kinetic attend a wide range of industry events in order to maintain a high visibility in their marketplace. A small but still vitally component of Yammayap's work was to create a striking exhibition stand which reflects the new online branding and includes elements of the new product oriented sub-brands.
