Kemnal Park

A carefully crafted website with a WordPress based content management system;

Beautifully situated on the outskirts of London with hilltop views overlooking the capital, Kemnal Park is a privately owned bereavement garden, offering a very personal service to those left behind and a truly inspirational place to be laid to rest.

A sensational outcome: a brighter, lighter, more enticing website than we ever anticipated.

Michael Burke, Operations Director

The Requirement

Kemnal Park is essentially a highly personal, people focused business that requires a great deal of sensitivity. We needed to reflect this warmth and compassion within the website, whilst at the same time conveying the innovative ethos behind their work. It was a very delicate brief to fulfil, requiring a very specific use of imagery.

The Requirement

The Approach

The Approach

At the time we created the website, the park was not open to the public. Being involved from the start meant that we could build in a flexible CMS that will allow the site to adapt as the business grows. Alongside this we created a cache of non-denominational, yet inspirational images to help gently express the overall approach and culture of Kemnal Park and to encourage users to contact them personally.

The Result

"They not only understood what was a very sensitive brief, but they interpreted it perfectly. Kemnal Park is not about traditional funeral services, we offer so much more and thanks to Yammayap's impressive creative licence with imagery and design, our website sets us apart. What Yammayap have delivered, is a rich and luxurious vein of graphics that draws users in and makes them comfortable, just as we do at Kemnal Park itself."

The Result

Additional Work

"Yammayap have created various follow-on materials for us, including our brochure, invitation cards, price list and the information boards that are placed throughout the park. This has created a common theme throughout our marketing collateral, which is very important. I would say that working with Yammayap has certainly enhanced our business. They have really helped to create and communicate our vision as a historically rich, superbly diverse haven, in which to escape and reflect amidst nature."
